In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service on January 15, 2018, volunteer to help with a fundraiser for Chix 4 a Cause. Because events are held throughout the year, you can find a fundraiser that fits your schedule and sign up to help. You can volunteer one time or as often as you would like.
Your help benefits cancer patients in your community through our Gifts of Love program. Gifts of Love are unique to each cancer patient’s needs and help improve their emotional well-being. Typical Gifts include mortgage or rent assistance, gas or grocery cards, a family weekend away, theater or concert tickets, or taxi or bus passes. Gifts of Love can go a long way toward improving a patient’s quality of life at a time when help is needed not only due to mounting medical bills, but also as they struggle with the realities of a cancer diagnosis.
